The Pussycat Dolls performed the song for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live on May 20, and again at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards on June 1.

"That's Not My Name" is the debut single by British dance-pop duo The Ting Tings from their debut studio album We Started Nothing. The song was originally released as a double A-side with "Great DJ" by independent record label Switchflicker on May 28, 2007. After heavy promotion and support from BBC Radio 1 and the NME, the song was re-released individually on May 12, 2008 on Columbia Records.

"I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" is a hit single by American rock band Aerosmith. It was taken from the Armageddon soundtrack and debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
American Idol season 7 winner David Cook performed the song to rave reviews on the Top 3 night of the season. Diane Warren, the song's writer, was in the audience and gave a standing ovation. David Archuleta was born in Miami, Florida to Jeff Archuleta and Lupe Maire, a salsa singer and dancer from Honduras. Archuleta has four siblings. Archuleta's family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah when Archuleta was 6 and currently lives in Murray, Utah, where Archuleta is a student at Murray High School. He once suffered partial vocal paralysis but declined risky surgery and has said he feels he is almost fully recovered.
On May 22, 2008 he became the runner-up on the seventh season of American Idol winning 44 percent of over 97 million votes.
